Series Producer and Series Editor 

Dom is an experienced and highly respected Series Producer and Series Editor in unscripted primetime TV, as well as a Digital/Social Exec Producer, with over 16 years experience in broadcast television and content creation (TV, Social and Digital) for world leading and high profile clients, brands, streamers and networks. He has a wealth of experience leading large reality, fact-ent and obs-doc programmes such as Dinner Date, TOWIE and Celebs on the Farm, as well as having worked on some of the biggest shows in TV including The Voice UK, Big Brother, SU2C and First Dates. He is experienced and adept at managing productions end-to-end, as well as managing small and large teams. Dom has expert storytelling abilities and is very compassionate with people (on-screen and off-screen) and stories. Dom thrives when running a team in a senior management role and is passionate about team duty of care and welfare, always ensuring a good work/life balance for the team and that their welfare is a top priority throughout production and beyond. He also strongly believes there is a difference between hard work and over work, something which he always strives to protect while leading teams. Dom is also the founder of the SP and Exec community 'SPEX UK', with over 430 members across the UK, as well as a committee member of The TV Mindset, the industry freelancer support network. 

Gareth is an experienced multiple award winning director working on primetime series for major international streamers and terrestrial broadcasters. He is brought in to ensure a successful launch of a first series and develop the creative narrative, alongside executive producers and commissioners.


Highly collaborative he prides himself on positive and productive strong working relationships with crew, production companies and platforms. His projects have taken him world wide including having a US Visa.


Gareth is equally as comfortable directing psc, Short form or multi cam set ups. He often leads recruitment to build production crews and is at ease with signing off location choices for series shot on location at home in UK or internationally.


Gareth is recognised in his expertise in …. including his role as Director on series 1 of global hit Squidgames, The Challenge (Studio Lambert for Netflix) a ground-breaking reality show, overseeing the drama reconstruction elements and world-wide home story films. Filmed in 4k on cinematic cameras with multiple filming units matching the original drama.


Gareth’s work features on Netflix, NBCU, ESPN, DAZN, ITV, BBC.


Alongside his multicam hybrid entertainment shows such as Too Hot to Handle (Netflix), Love Island, Couple to Throuple, Dance Monsters (Netflix), and Dance 100 (Netflix), Gareth was Series Director on Buying London (Netflix), A New documentary reality show for Naked TV following super prime real estate agents in London. High end docusoap filmed in 4k.


Gareth regularly directs for Soccer Aid, The Ryder Cup, Primark, M&S, Puma as well as the FIFA World Football Awards.
